1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Badr faquir”) , concerning your access to and use of the PIXEL skins maps for MCPE application .

By accessing the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Subscription Terms

The App offers 4 auto-renewable subscriptions. Below are the details of the subscription options available:

PACK 1 :

  • Title of Subscription: [PACK PREMIUM]
  • Length of Subscription: [Duration (weekly)]
  • Price of Subscription: [9,99$] per [week]

PACK 2 :

  • Title of Subscription: [PACK SKINS]
  • Length of Subscription: [Duration (weekly)]
  • Price of Subscription: [4,99$] per [week]

PACK 3 :

  • Title of Subscription: [PACK MAPS]
  • Length of Subscription: [Duration (weekly)]
  • Price of Subscription: [4,99$] per [week]

PACK 4 :

  • Title of Subscription: [PACK ADDONS]
  • Length of Subscription: [Duration (weekly)]
  • Price of Subscription: [9,99$] per [week]

Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.

2.2 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

3. Payment

Payment will be charged to your [App Store/Google Play] account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription cost will be billed to your account.

4. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
